FAQ 4:Why did IBBQ-4T fail to pair?

Solution:1. Make sure the phone is connected to 2.4GHz wifi. 2. Make sure the IBBQ-4T enters pairing mode. 3. Make sure the WiFi password is entered normally. 4. Please keep the mobile phone and IBBQ-4T device within 10 meters of the router. 5. When there are too many router devices connected, the network will be congested. You can restart the router and pair it.
